242 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and rules governing your use of the 242 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 242 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use the 242 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 242 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The 242 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under the required age is prohibited from registering or using any service on this platform. 242 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.


Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of 242 services, you are required to register a personal account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 242 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 242 support team immediately.

Users are responsible for keeping their personal account information up to date. Inaccurate or outdated information may affect the verification process, payment processing, and fund withdrawals.

Prohibited Conduct

  1. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the 242 platform.
  2. Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
  3. Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  4. Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.
  5. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the 242 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may deposit funds using available local payment methods, including online banking, accepted e-wallets, and other methods displayed on the platform from time to time.

242 is not liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. All deposits credited to your account are final unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error confirmed by 242.

Withdrawals will be processed subject to the following conditions: the user's account is fully verified; there are no pending bets tied to the relevant funds; and there is no active hold or investigation on the account. 242 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed the specified limit.

Any attempt to process payments through unauthorised methods, use another person's credit card or bank account, or commit payment fraud will result in immediate account closure and may be subject to appropriate legal action.


Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

242 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to wagered funds lost, service disruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, and betting outcomes that do not meet user expectations.

All confirmed bets are final. 242 will not void any accepted bet unless there is a verifiable technical error on the platform's end.

Account Suspension & Closure

242 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the platform's sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Users will be notified via their registered email. Any legitimate funds in an account closed for reasons unrelated to fraud will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 242 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 242 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 242.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The 242 platform may integrate third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, and analytics tools. 242 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or conduct of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms and policies separately.

Changes to These Terms

242 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the 242 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the 242 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
